2025 has been the year of diving head-first into the NYC audition scene. This season I have been in plenty of non-equity open calls, EPAs, ECCs, and scheduled audition appointments. I started compiling a list of things I found along the way when it came to feeling my best at auditions, and what I can do ahead of time to allow myself lower stress and more confidence in the room!
